"This album was recorded in two stages over 2 years. Between April 2004-2005, getting Atma's drums tracked was the first step. We went for a live feeling with recording the drums, with Steve and I playing with Atma as we went along, song by song. Never an easy feat, trying to get everyone in the same room, when you've got 3 guys with pretty busy schedules amongst themselves! That's why you won't see the 3 of us in a picture together in a picture. That, and we forgot to take one of the three of us!
In 2006, I was in kidney failure, and not on the road with Nevermore at this point anymore. It was during this time, I actually found the time to get tracking done for Steve and I. Around Steve's busy schedule, and my treatment schedule, we found times to get together and track. I could only manage to track myself or record Steve when my energy level was up (usually the next day after dialysis), but as you can see in some of these pics, my sense of humor wasn't lost on the camera! Enjoy these, and we'll add more soon..."
